Our programs for adults are designed to help improve all players and levels. We offer Cardio Tennis and private lessons.

Our four-week Beginners Coaching program is perfect for new players looking to try tennis or for players wanting to get back into the game. We combine the learning of skills with rallying and point play. You can sign up for all four lessons or choose individual classes.

Cardio Tennis combines hitting, fitness and music for a fun, tennis-based workout! It's suitable for all abilities and you can pop in for an occasional session or come regularly.

Private lessons for individuals or groups are the best way to improve your tennis skills. These lessons allow the coach to individualise the lesson to cater for your specific needs whether it be technical, tactical or both.
