Please note the following conditions of enrolment:
| 1. | Payment is required before the start of the program. |
| 2. | Make-up classes are only available due to medical reasons. No refunds for non-attendance. |
| 3. | Bad Weather: If the decision is made to cancel any lessons, they will be re-scheduled at the end of term. If a lesson is more than halfway through and is stopped due to weather then it is considered to be a completed lesson. |
| 4. | Coaches are not responsible for children outside of lesson time. |
| 5. | We may take photos during lessons for use in promotional materials such as website, flyers and social media. If you don't want us to use photos of you/your child, please email us. We will never use names or individual images without contacting you first. |
| 6. | Public Holidays: Lessons will not take place on public holidays. |
